1 ) HOW CAN I BOOK?
For booking, it is enough to complete the booking form thoroughly that you can easily find in our web site search engine after giving required information. We Will Make a lightning response in 2 hours.

2) What Happens When I make a reservation?
Once You’ve completed your booking, the details are sent electronic ally to the supplier. The supplier then makes the appropriate arrangements according to the information you provided when making your booking. It is therefore imperative that you provide the correct information when booking, as the supplier cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided at time of booking. 3) Can you do hotel to hotel transfers?

5) Do you offer transfers for passengers who are confined to a wheel chair?
Yes, some conditions This depends on the destination to which you wish to travel, and also our supplier. Some of our suppliers do not offer this service, soyou will need to contactone of our Tailor Made team to see if this is possible. All our vehicles full public liability in surance. way insurance is available.

7) HOW CAN I PAY FOR?
You can pay for it to the driver during your transportation.

8) HOW CAN I FIND YOU AT THE AIRPORT?
Your driver will await your arrival at the airport “Individual Meters Area” with a sign bearing your name. If your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of this before he is dispatched collect you. Once Are directed to your vehicle at the airport, you will then be driven in comfort and safety to your holiday destination.

9) DO YOU HAVE CHILD SAFETY SEAT IN YOUR VEHICLES?
Requested, child safety seat is found in all the vehicles without extra fee.

10) CAN THE DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?
Of course; all drivers can speak English.

11) CAN YOU TRANSFER US TO PRIVATE HOMES OR VILLAS EXCEPT FOR HOTELS OR APARTS?

13) Do you make to pass along the way?
We do not make any planned stops. We will only stop if you want to stop for a break orneed. Other wise we will drive directly to your destination.

14) Do I needto tip the driver?
The price paiddoes not include a tip. If you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is normal.

15) Our group is staying at different accommodations, do you charge extra for additional drop off locations?
If the both of accommodations are in the same resort, generally, there will be no extra charge.
Ifyouwill be goingto 2 accommodation swhic hare very far from eachotheror in different resorts then we may charge extra, alt hough of course, you will be informed of the exact price on your confirmation document.

16) How long is thejourneytotheresort?
Approxi mate transfer time saregiven with our price list. On peak days and when the road conditions are poor, the se times can vary.
